Scope

This privacy page explains how Sherlok:FaceFinder handles information when you use the app on Google Play. The app is designed to store data only on your device, and the operator does not collect or share data through the app.

Because the app is built for local use, there is no registration, no server transmission, no advertising, no analytics, and no data-collecting SDKs in the app.

Information collection

Sherlok:FaceFinder does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or device data for transmission to an external service. AppsFlyer and Meta/Facebook SDKs are not present.

Any information the app handles stays on your device while you use it. The operator does not receive data from the app.

Local storage

App-local data is saved only on the device you use. This may include information needed for the app to function locally, but it is not sent to a server.

You can remove app-local data by deleting the app. On Android, you can also clear the app’s storage through your device’s settings.

Third-party services

Sherlok:FaceFinder does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection services. No external SDKs are included for these purposes.

Because the app does not connect to services for collecting or sharing user data, there are no third-party recipients of app data through the app.

Sharing

The operator does not collect data through the app and does not share app data with third parties.

If you choose to remove the app or clear its storage, the data kept locally on your device is removed from the app environment on that device.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device for as long as it is stored there. The app does not maintain a server copy, so local data is not retained by the operator through an online account or remote storage.

You can delete local data by deleting the app. On Android, clearing the app’s storage through settings also removes app-local data.

Any changes to this privacy page will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
